Overview

V9 series variable frequency drive, 1 phase 200V/220V/230V/240V,3 phase 240V/415V/480V, RS485 communication mode and IP 20 enclosure rating. The frequency drive inverter is widely used in motor control in industrial fields such as machine tools, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, metallurgy, steel, printing, textiles, and petroleum.

Features
 
  1. The LED display of the vfd inverter 3 phase can display the set frequency, output voltage, output current, etc.
  2. With an IP20 shell protection level, the 3 phase variable frequency drive can be forced air-cooled to stabilize the internal temperature and protect parts from damage.
  3. The installation methods of the frequency drive inverter include wall-mounted and floor-standing. The installation method can be adjusted according to the actual situation
  4. The PLC operation, multi-speed operation, and normal operation of the variable frequency inverter can be used for external swing frequency operation
  5. Classic layout control panel, simple and easy to use, high security performance.
  6. Built-in brake units and EMC filters, external adding brake resistors, AC reactors, DC chocks ect can make sure the variable speed drive work steady.

How to connect the frequency inverters?


usually there is two ways for connecting the motors, before you connection, please make sure you use Star connection or Delta connection, you can see the connection diagram as left picture.

How to Check the IGBT failure?

 

1. Use the diode position of the multimeter, the red pen to point the three-phase output terminals (U, V, W), the black pen point "+", measure whether the three-phase bridge on the inverter part is normal or not, and the multimeter shown about 0.4V is Normal, short circuit or open circuit means damage, as shown in left picture.

How to check the IGBT failure?


2. Use the multimeter diode position, the red pen point "-", and the black pens point the three-phase input terminals (U, V, W). Measure whether the three-phase lower bridge of the rectifier part is normal or not. The multimeter showing about 0.4V is Normal, short circuit or open circuit shows damage, as shown in left picture.
