The YP6000 series D-type digital AC motor soft starter is a new type of motor starting equipment designed and produced using power electronicstechnology, microprocessor technology, and modern control theory.
This product can effectively limit the starting current of asynchronous motors duringstarting, and can be widely used in loads such as fans, water pumps, conveyors, and compressors.
It is an ideal replacement for traditional star/deltaconversion, self coupling voltage reduction, magnetic control voltage reduction and other voltage reduction starting equipment.
The YP6000 series D-type soft starter adopts high-performance microprocessor technology, which has higher performance and a wider range of voltageadaptation;
Four starting modes can be selected to maximize the optimal starting effect of the motor and achieve soft parking;
Chinese (Chinese display) display mode, easy to operate. The 7-color backlight LCD display can reflect the different working states of the soft starter, fullyreflecting the humanized design concept;
Multiple protection and monitoring functions, with thermal overload protection available at 6 levels according to load requirements. And can inquireabout the last three fault records and provide a basis for fault analysis;
It can provide 4-20mA analog output, RS232 (or RS485) communication interface (using MODB USRTU communication protocol), and can enterparameter setting, operation, and monitoring through the upper computer to achieve high intelligence control;
Actual power setting: When the power of the soft starter is greater than the actual load power, the rated current of the soft starter can be set according tothe actual load to match the actual power of the soft starter with the load, to ensure the accuracy of various parameters such as starting, operation, andprotection;
Programmable output relay: It can facilitate interlocking control with other devices.
